Set with one cushion shape old cut natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, flanked by six round old cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 carats, to an elegant solitaire design with pierced gallery, open backholing, the shoulders smoothly conforming down to a solid flat shank. Tested yellow gold with platinum settings, numbered '062', circa 1910, accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report #15048.
