The total approximate diamond weight is 5.51 carats, to an impressive sinuous crossover design featuring curving claws and intricately pierced open backholing, leading to asymmetric integrated shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, indistinct numbering to interior, indistinct maker's mark, signed 'CARTIER', French, circa 1970, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America reports #2221033688 and #5222033690.
