Belle Époque natural pearl and diamond ring. Centrally set with a round natural saltwater pearl, approximately 4.8-4.9mm x 3.5mm, in a closed back setting, further set to top and bottom with two cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.65 carats, flanked by six round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.12 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.77 carats, to a vertical three stone design featuring curving claws and millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open and closed backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and tested platinum, French, circa 1905, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #81312-11.
