Belle Époque diamond ring. Set to centre with a round old cut diamond in an open back claw setting with a weight of 0.60 carats, further adorned by six round single cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.66 carats, to an elegant solitaire design with a circular collet, pierced open gallery and geometric backholing, the slightly raised shoulders decorated with millegrain borders proceeding to a smooth D-shape shank. Marked platinum, French, circa 1910.
