Belle Époque diamond ring. Vertically set with two round old cut diamonds in open back millegrain collet settings with a total weight of 1.10 carats, the opposing ornate scrolls integrated with the shoulders and set with forty nine round old cut diamonds in open back millegrain bead settings with a total weight of 0.50 carats. The combined approximate diamond weight is 1.60 carats, to an openwork swirling design with fancy pierced backholing and on a ribbed D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1905.
