Description

Belle Époque diamond crossover ring. Centrally set with two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.02 carats, further adorned by twenty two round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.22 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.24 carats, to a flowing symmetrical openwork crossover design featuring curving claws, millegrain edging and fancy open backholing, the split shoulders terminating in a solid shank. Marked platinum, French control marks, circa 1905.
