Art Deco Colombian emerald and diamond ring. Set with an octagonal emerald-cut natural Colombian emerald with no colour enhancement in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 3.05 carats, further set with two tapered baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.40 carats, to a geometric design, featuring curving corner claws, a structured openwork gallery and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by raised pierced shoulders continuing down to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, circa 1935, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5776-5266.
