Set to centre with a octagonal step-cut natural unenhanced sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.90 carats, adorned further with two baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.10 carats, decorated with fourteen round eight-cut diamonds in open back rubover and grain settings with a combined weight of 0.28 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.38 carats, to an impressive cluster design featuring millegrain edges, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by slightly raised shoulders with chenier detail which flow through to a solid D-shape shank.
