Art Deco Imperial precious topaz and diamond ring. Set with a natural unenhanced rectangular emerald-cut topaz to centre in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 15.30 carats, further set with twenty four round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.30 carats, to a striking flanked solitaire design featuring corner claws, an intricately pierced gallery with scrolling motifs and fancy shape open backholing flanked by geometric openwork shoulders flowing down to a solid tapered D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1930.
