Set to centre with one oval old cutnatural unenhanced Siam ruby in an open backrubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, further set with forty two round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings, with an approximate total weight of 1.50 carats, to an elegant hexagonal cluster design featuring an openwork bezel, an intricately pierced gallery with scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting raised shoulders flowing through to a solid slim squared shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum settings, English, circa 1905, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #80264-09.
