Set with ten round rose cutdiamonds in silvercutdown settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.10 carats, further set with a single row of twenty seven natural seed pearls in closed backgrain settings, to an oval memorial ring featuring an intricate woven hair design forming an urn motif with white enamel background, all encased in a glass compartment with closed backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders with black enamel motifs and linear engraving flowing down to a solid flat shank decorated with black enamel work, reading 'JANE.SAUNDERS.OB:26.JULY.1780:AE:27'. Tested yellow gold, circa 1780.
